Who is responsible

Requests you send us
When you send a request for samples, a quote, a conversation or a partnership, we receive what you write in the form: name, company, country, email address, sector, type of request and message. Together with the request we record the date and time, the page of this site you came from, the first page you visited, the website that referred you to us and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
Label price calculator
When you use the price page, the photo or file you upload and the values you enter (size, material, finishes and quantity) are sent to our server to read the label and calculate the price. The image is used only for this reading and is not stored. Nothing in this step identifies you, unless you then choose to send us a request. The reading of the image may be carried out by an external provider acting as data processor.
Why we use this data
We use it to answer your request and to prepare quotes or samples, which are steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use the information about where a request came from to understand which channels bring us enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Usage statistics
We count page views, clicks on the request buttons, forms started and sent, and the type of source a visit came from (for example a search engine, an AI assistant, a social network or a direct visit). These statistics are collected by our own system, without cookies and without identifiers that recognise you on a later visit or on other websites. IP addresses are not stored in the statistics.
Who receives the data
Your data is handled by UltraPixel staff and by the providers that host this website, store the requests and deliver email on our behalf, acting as data processors. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for the commercial relationship that follows. If no relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months. Usage statistics are kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for the restriction of its processing, and for a copy in a portable format; you can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@ultrapixel.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of your country.
